Bible Studies
We'd love to have you come and grow with us!
  • Thursdays, 9 a.m. Precepts Study of the Book of Daniel, Student Center. Does the turmoil in our times, the uprisings and the spiritual decay of many have anything to do with the Book of Daniel? Daniel was a man who knew what God said about the end times. How do you live as a Daniel in the crucial days in which you find yourself? How can you get to know God Most High? The Book of Daniel has the answer.
  • Thursdays, O Come, O Come Emmanuel will be offered at 7 p.m. This five week study for Advent will explore Jesus' work on our behalf in the message of Christmas. This study will not only fuel our worship of Jesus, but it will help us foster steadfast love anchored in biblical truth now and all year long. We'll also fully understand the anticipation and waiting that the Old Testament world endured, the light and life Jesus came to bring us, and the eternal promise that Jesus is yet ushering us into.
  • Beginning Thursday, January 14, the study Elijah by Priscilla Shirer will be offered. In this new 7-week study, we'll journey through the life and times of the prophet Elijah to discover how the fire on Mount Carmel was forged in the valley of famine. And how the emboldened, fiery faith you desire is being fashioned by God in your life right now. The benefits of the study include 1) understanding the value of seasons of growth and testing in your spiritual maturity, 2) encouragement to wait on God's good work in your heart and mind, even in seasons when you feel like no one sees and 3) learn to trust in the goodness and faithfulness of God and His purposes for your life. Contact Linda in the Church Office to reserve a book.
